  • 14-21 day turn around time.
    This does not include weekends or holidays.

  • No refunds or exchanges. If your purchase arrives damaged or inaccurate items, please send me an email to sweetteeboutiquebk@gmail.com within 3 days. Allow 12-24 hours for review to determine if a shop credit or replacement will be sent out. 

  • Once your order is placed, we do not cancel orders. If you need an item by a certain time, please email sweetteeboutiquebk@gmail.com to make sure we can complete and deliver that item to you in the certain time frame. 

  • Orders are sent to the shipping address on the order form, please make sure address is complete and accurate. 

  • Please join Sweet Tee Boutique VIP on Facebook for order updates. If there is ever an order delay, it will be found in our group. We do our best to keep our customers informed on their orders.
